Once the impurities have been removed, the pure molten metal can be cast into various shapes and forms, depending on the desired end product. This can be done through processes like investment casting or powder metallurgy.

After casting, the titanium can undergo additional treatments such as heat treatment to improve its strength or surface finishing to enhance its appearance. These final touches ensure that the titanium jewelry or accessories meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
